- Camera or microphone not working? Most problems are permissions: click the icon to the left of the address bar and allow access, then check your system privacy settings. Each tool page has a troubleshooting section with screenshots.
- Reporting a bug? Tell us the tool, your device, operating system and browser (with version), and what you saw. A screenshot of any error message helps a lot.
- Privacy: we can’t see your recordings, photos or test results — they never leave your device — so please describe the problem in words.
